The total number of active listings in Kansas at the end of
March was 160 units, down from 196 at the same point in 2019. This represents a 3.9 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of March was $93,750.
Kansas Home Sales Rose in March
Total home sales in Kansas rose by 21.4% last month to 51 units, compared to 42 units in March 2019. Total sales volume was $5.4 million, down 0.3% from a year earlier. The median sale price in March was $75,000, up from $70,250 a year earlier. Homes that sold in March were typically on the
market for 84 days and sold for 96.8% of their list prices.
