Kansas Home Sales Rose in July
Total home sales in Kansas rose by 5.6% last month to 57 units, compared to 54 units in July 2019. Total sales volume was $6.1 million, down 13.7% from a year earlier. The median sale price in July was $85,000, down from $112,932 a year earlier. Homes that sold in July were typically on the market for 64 days and sold for 97.6% of their list prices.
