Kansas Home Sales Rose in July
The total number of active listings in Kansas at the end of July
was 192 units, down from 230 at the same point in 2018. This
represents a 4.6 months’ supply of homes available for sale.
The median list price of homes on the market at the end of
July was $87,200.
Total home sales in Kansas rose by 22.7% last month to 54
units, compared to 44 units in July 2018. Total sales volume
was $7.1 million, up 71.7% from a year earlier.
The median sale price in July was $112,932, up from $89,000 a
year earlier. Homes that sold in July were typically on the
market for 62 days and sold for 97.3% of their list prices.
