Total home sales in Kansas fell last month to 33 units,
compared to 40 units in April 2019. Total sales volume was
$2.7 million, down from a year earlier.
The median sale price in April was $62,500, down from $77,500
a year earlier. Homes that sold in April were typically on the
market for 66 days and sold for 92.3% of their list prices.
